Refund Policy

1. Free Trial
All subscription plans come with a 7-day free trial. During the trial period:
- No payment is required upfront
- You have full access to all features of your selected plan
- You can cancel anytime without any charges
- If you don't cancel, your subscription will automatically start after 7 days
2. Subscription Refunds
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
Monthly Subscriptions
- Full refund if requested within 7 days of first payment
- No refunds after the 7-day window
- You can cancel anytime to prevent future charges
Annual Subscriptions
- Full refund if requested within 14 days of payment
- Pro-rated refund (minus 2 months) if requested within 30 days
- No refunds after 30 days
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Trading losses incurred while using our platform
- Partial months of service
- Add-on services already rendered
- Subscriptions terminated due to violation of Terms of Service
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email billing@blackboxz.com with the subject "Refund Request"
- Include your registered email address and order/subscription ID
- Provide a brief reason for the refund request
- We will process your request within 3-5 business days
5. Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds will be processed as follows:
- Credit card payments: 5-10 business days
- UPI/Net Banking: 3-5 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
6. Service Interruption Credit
If our service experiences significant downtime (more than 4 hours in a trading day) due to issues on our end:
- We will provide a pro-rated credit for the affected period
- Credits will be applied automatically to your next billing cycle
- This does not apply to scheduled maintenance or broker outages
