  • Be a resident of India or an eligible jurisdiction
  • Have a valid trading account with a supported broker
  • Not be prohibited from trading by any regulatory authority

4. Risk Disclaimer

TRADING INVOLVES SUBSTANTIAL RISK OF LOSS AND IS NOT SUITABLE FOR ALL INVESTORS.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Past performance is not indicative of future results
  • You may lose some or all of your invested capital
  • Algorithmic trading does not guarantee profits
  • Technical failures may occur that impact trade execution
  • You are solely responsible for your trading decisions

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information
  • Maintain the security of your credentials
  • Monitor your trading activity regularly
  • Set appropriate risk limits
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use our services for any illegal purpose

6. Fees and Payment

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as per your selected plan.

  • Fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy
  • We may change our fees with 30 days advance notice
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLACKBOXZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time. You may terminate your subscription at any time through your account settings.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
